The Mirror Shield of the Well is a unique light armor shield. It is intially found in a damaged state, but can be gradually reforged into the Mirror Shield of Termina. It may be converted into a heavy armor variant.
Characteristics[]
The damaged Mirror Shield is initially between a Hide and Imperial Light Shield in protection with three times the weight. After being reforged, the shield becomes between a Chitin and Elven Shield with the heavier weight of a Stalhrim Shield. The heavy armor variant is equal to an Orcish Shield in protection with a slightly higher weight.
The damaged shield cannot be tempered, but the reforged versions may be tempered with both a Corundum Ingot and Dwarven Oil.
Effects[]
The damaged Mirror Shield is initially unenchanted and cannot be enchanted. Once reforged, the Mirror Shield reflects up to 500 points of spell damage while blocking. In addition, it reflects 20% of incoming melee damage back on the attacker.
Location[]
The damaged shield is located in Yngol Barrow. It can be found wielded by a Woeful Dragur guarding the long stone bridge just beyond the first puzzle room.

Crafting[]
The damaged Mirror Shield can be reforged into the Mirror Shield of the Well at an Ancient Enchanter. It may then be freely converted between a light or heavy armor form at an Alteration Table.
