The Ordon Sword is a unique one-handed steel sword. It can be reforged into either the Ordon Sword Honed or Ordon Sword Reforged.
Characteristics[]
By default, the Ordon Sword is equal in strength to a Dwarven sword and weighs slightly more. Both upgraded options increase its strength to that of an Ebony sword. It has a standard swing speed for a sword.
The Sword deals standard critical damage (x1.5 base damage) and the upgrades have slightly decreased critical damage (x1.38 base damage). All versions have the standard critical multiplier of x1.0. The Sword may be tempered with a Steel Ingot, the Honed version with both a Quicksilver and Silver Ingot, or the Reforged version with both a Quicksilver and Steel Ingot.
The Honed upgrade changes the weapon material to Silver, while the Reforged upgrade changes it to Elven.
Effects[]
All Ordon Sword variants have no inherit enchantments and thus may be enchanted. Both the Honed and Reforged options count as Silver weapons (regardless of weapon material) and deal extra damage to undead, ghosts, and werewolves.
Location[]
The Ordon Sword is found in Anise's Cabin. It sits within an old chest next to the cabin's table, along with a note containing Anise's speculation about the blade.

Background and Inspiration[]
The original Ordon Sword model was created by Kyim, made for the mod Straightforward Blades - Iron Sword. In Version 6.4.8, a dark variant of the honed Ordon Sword was created, using an alternate model originally made by mandarinn for the mod Simple Steel Sword. In Version 6.6.0, this sword was renamed the Ordon Sword Reforged.
In Version 6.6.1.C, the models and textures for all Ordon Sword variants were updated by Dralkkin.
The Ordon Sword was originally included to provide players with a starting weapon from the mod, allowing for a playthrough of Skyrim using only Relics of Hyrule items. Its role was replaced by the weaker (and more easily discovered) Forgotten Sword.
